WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
The following credit cards are accepted for purchases at DeCreed: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, American Express and PayPal.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We ship throughout the USA and internationally. However, shipping prices may vary based on location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email regarding your order, once the payment goes through successfully. Your order will then begin to process, thus getting pulled, packaged and shipped out to you, the customer.  You will be able to track your order, by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, which will be sent to your email that you've provided. It may take up to 48-72 hours before tracking information is updated.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS?
We offer standard, express and next day air shipping. For special rush delivery, please email info@decreed.co for further instructions.

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard methods should be delivered within 7 to 10 business days following order confirmation.  

Express methods should be delivered within 2 to 4 business days following order confirmation.

Next day-air methods should be delivered the next business day following order confirmation.
