Return Policy

 

  • Due to COVID-19 unfortunately we can not accept any return at this time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 
  • There are NO REFUNDS on garments purchased at DeCreed. All garments are customized and FINAL SALE.
  • Once orders are placed no changes or cancellations can be made. Customers must contact DECREED within 7 days of receiving order to receive store credit. After the 7th day the item is considered final sale.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with all tags still on garment. No additional creams, lotions or oils can touch the garment- damaging the fabric or changing the smell of the garment.
  • Several types of garments are exempt from being returned. All items that are ON SALE, can not be exchanged or returned.
  • DeCreed does not cover shipping cost when a return/exchange is in place.
  • If for any reasons the return is at fault by DeCreed, we will handle all shipping and handling costs.
