Returns & Exchanges

-There are NO REFUNDS on garments purchased at DeCreed. All garments are customized and FINAL SALE.

-Our return/exchange policy begins from the first day of shipping, ending after 14 days. After 14 days, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with all tags still on garment. No additional creams, lotions or oils can touch the garment- damaging the fabric or changing the smell of the garment.

-Several types of garments are exempt from being returned. All items that are marked FINAL SALE, can not be returned.

-All returns are placed under store credit status or an exchange can be processed.

-If for any reasons the exchange or return is at fault by DeCreed, we will handle all shipping and handling costs.

-Exchange processing takes 3-10 business days to process in addition to your shipping method.
